have been to Jaggi sweets (22 No. Phatak) many times and every time I find their quality deteriorating. No doubt they offer food and services at price way cheaper than their competitors, but they should also focus on freshness & taste of food. Last time I ordered Masala Dhokla. It was stale and tasted really bad. I showed it to person at the cash counter & mentioned my concern. He was kind enough to refund my money. Today (26/03/2013) I went there again and ordered ‘Raj Kachori’ & ‘Masala Dhokla’. To my surprise, their Dhokla was stale & distasteful even today. Even Raj Kachori wasn’t prepared too well. Many ingredients were put only for namesake. It seems, in order to cut costs & provide food at lowest possible prices, they are putting less ingredients and serving stale food.
Well, Management – wake up! or you ‘ll lose your customer base.
